- Uttarakhand has more than 37000 Group C posts vacant
Around 56 thousand vacancies in the state government departments are vacant from gazetted officers to peons until the end of this financial year. It has the largest number of posts to Category C. The state government is unable to muster the confidence to fill such empty positions in the midst of a financial crisis. The State government presented a list of the gazetted and non-gazetted posts on the House floor during the presentation of the budget. According to this survey, 56,474 posts in the state’s government agencies are vacant until March 31, 2019. For those entries, 37,547 belong to category C. Many of the state’s youth are eagerly waiting for such messages.
